This Fireside Chat explores with AIA's Group CIO Dr Mark Konyn on how AIA, as a major life insurer, anchors capital in Asia despite the current geopolitical volatility. We dive into his views on the "Asia investment story," Hong Kong’s evolving role as a financial hub, and how he is bridging the gap between "slow" patient capital and "fast tech" by industrializing AI to find structural alpha in a de-globalizing market.

The session will be moderated by Prof. Agnes K Y Tai, a global leader in climate and nature governance.

This exclusive event is open only to members who have renewed their membership or joined the Society for FY2027 by Monday, 17 August 2026. Seats are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
