The event is co-hosted by Society's New Members Advisory Council with CPA Australia's Young Leaders Committee. It aims to foster connections among peers within a specific group. If members do not meet the eligibility criteria, please note that the registration button will not be visible. We appreciate your understanding and encourage members to stay tuned for our future events.
Remarks
- As this is an exclusive complimentary event for members of the co-hosts, membership status of registrants may be verified. Those with invalid memberships may be denied entry to the event.
- Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
- Please take good care of your belongings. CFA Society Hong Kong and CPA Australia will not be held responsible for any personal loss.
- If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please DO NOT participate in the captioned activity.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of CFA Society Hong Kong and CPA Australia shall be final and binding.
- The event organizers reserve the right to change the format, date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Registration and Payment Policies
- Registration is compulsory for all attendees, and no walk-in participants will be permitted to ensure proper event management and capacity control.
- Registration is only officially confirmed upon the successful receipt of payment. Reflecting the increasing shift towards cashless transactions, cash and cheque payments are not accepted. Participants must ensure that their online payment transactions are completed successfully; failure to do so may result in the registration not being processed.
- All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. If the registration fee remains outstanding at the time of the event, CFA Society Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse entry.
- The full registration fee will be charged for no-shows or for any enrollments submitted after the deadline of 9 Dec, 20251
Cancellation, Refunds, and Substitutions
- A non-refundable administration fee of HK$50 will be applied to any cancellation of a confirmed enrollment made on or before 9 Dec, 2025. All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing, and confirmation must be received via email from CFA Society Hong Kong to be considered valid.
- For cancellations received on or before 9 Dec, 2025, a refund of the event fee will be issued, deducting the HK$50 administration fee per person. For payments made via credit card, the refund process will be handled directly through the bank, with a processing period of 4 to 6 weeks. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment card, and participants are advised to check their statements accordingly.
- No refunds will be provided for any cancellation requests received after 9 Dec, 2025.
- Substitutions are permitted, participants must notify the Society in advance. If the substitute is not a Society member, the applicable non-member rate will be charged to reflect membership benefits.-

- Your personal data collected from the registration process will be used for the purpose of the administration of the course/event/activity on which you are registered (“Event”). Such data collected may be accessible by CFA Society Hong Kong’s officers, persons or committees processing the application and related matters. CFA Society Hong Kong reserves the right to inspect personal identity of participants. In addition, CFA Society Hong Kong may use the collected data for statistical research and analysis. By submitting this registration form, you understand and agree that CFA Society Hong Kong may provide your personal data to co-organizers/service providers in or outside Hong Kong for the purpose relating to the Event. By registering for this event, you confirm that you and your guest(s) consent to appearing in any official event photographs and video footage.
