[Game Description]

Werewolf is a social game that takes place over a series of game rounds. Each round has two phases – day and night. During the day the village discusses who they think is guilty, during the night players may use special powers and the werewolves make their kill.

Players should sit in a circle. The moderator will deal out a role card to each player. The players do not share these roles with each other, although they are free to lie about what they are in the game. Werewolf requires some players to mislead other players in order to win.

Remarks:

• Registration is requested, no walk-in will be entertained.
• Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the event. Immediate payment is required upon email confirmation. Should the registration fee remains outstanding, CFA Society Hong Kong reserves the right to disallow entrance to the event.
• A confirmation and event reminder will be sent to participants whose registrations are successful. If you have not received the email confirmation and reminder, it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact CFA Society Hong Kong to confirm their place.
• A refund of the event fee (less an administration fee of HK$20 per person) will be given for cancellation received on or before 13 June 2025 (Fri).
• No refund will be given for cancellation received after 13 June 2025 (Fri).  Full amount will still be charged for no-show or enrolment made after13 June 2025 (Fri).
• Substitutions are allowed. Please notify us prior to the event. Non-member rate applies if the substitute is not a CFA Society Hong Kong member.
• All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing and confirmed by email from CFA Society Hong Kong: events@cfasocietyhongkong.org
• Please arrive at the venue 15 mins in advance. The event will start at 10:00 am prompt.
• Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed.
• Always pay attention to personal hygiene and clean hands frequently.
• Participants should take good care of personal belongings. The event provider and CFA Society Hong Kong are not responsible for any personal loss.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of CFA Society Hong Kong shall be final and binding.
• If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please DO NOT participate in this activity.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format, date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Should there be any changes to the event dates and other arrangements, we will notify participants via SMS and/or email.  Notices will also be posted on Society’s website.  Please stay alert with our notifications.
• For attendance-taking purposes, participants’ names and company names (if any) may be given to the speakers of this event.
• In case of dispute, the decision of CFA Society Hong Kong is final, and no further correspondences will be entertained.
